Final provisions

These Terms and the relationship between the eventsflock portal and the User are exclusively governed by the legislation of the Republic of Serbia, in particular the Law on Electronic Commerce and the Law on Advertising.

By accepting these Terms of Use or by continuing to use the eventsflock portal, the User consents to the law of the Republic of Serbia and, accordingly, the competent court in Belgrade being the applicable law.
